Stakeholders

EATucation is dedicated to the highest levels of stakeholder engagement and uses Community-Based Participatory Research to ensure that the needs of our stakeholders are reflected in everything we do.

By actively engaging with stakeholders throughout the development and implementation process, EATucation ensures that our programs are relevant, sustainable, and effectively address the needs of our stakeholders. Our systematic approach to stakeholder engagement begins with stakeholder identification and mapping, which includes the students and teachers who use the program, their whānau, school communities, staff members, suppliers, research/academic institutes, and relevant industry organisations. These stakeholders form part of our inclusive decision-making process. We keep them informed through transparent communication and continuous feedback, which builds trust and enhances the effectiveness of our educational initiatives.

To ensure our resources meet the most acute needs in our community, our Pilot Schools will always be with schools with a high Ministry of Education EQI index. The EQI index is a measure for identifying and responding to socio-economic barriers in schools and kura.
