Students explore the magic of Matariki and its significance in Aotearoa. From understanding what Matariki represents to building a traditional hāngī, students discover how this special time connects us to our land, food, and each other!
Students dive into the dynamic world of sports nutrition. From understanding nutrient timing to designing snacks and meals that fuel performance, students discover how food can empower them to reach their goals — on and off the field!
Students embark on a culinary journey across global cuisines. By exploring traditional recipes, food customs, and the stories behind signature dishes, students develop a deeper appreciation for how food shapes cultures and connects communities!
