Proof in the pudding

Baked fresh, right here in Aotearoa. By teachers for teachers.

  • "I always wanted to teach more about food, and now I can! The Literacy & Numeracy connections to every lesson are also a lifesaver! I'm so chuffed that we have a program that is flexible and makes it so easy for teachers to teach their kids about food! Getting to tick multiple boxes each lesson we use, not having to plan anything, and really giving the kids something valuable is such a win - kia kaha!" 🙌

  • "Wow! I'm so grateful for all the detailed planning and preparation that goes into each unit and how flexible they are! The te reo, the clear curriculum links, and the fact that I don't have to plan are awesome! Kids love them too, the puppets are crack up, the games are creative and fun, just a great resource that every teacher can use."

  • "I absolutely love that you include everything that is needed to present a lesson...activities, videos, notes, workbook, etc. Being able to adapt the resources to fit my class and programme. Covering every year level from ECE to NCEA is fantastic for an Area school. Having a reasonable fee structure that makes it easy to access is especially important for Area schools."

  • "The resources provided by EATucation are clear and concise, offering ample opportunities to engage students. Also, the flexibility within the lessons to adapt to the specific needs of students and classes is a significant advantage."

  • "Teaching has become more enjoyable having all the resources and knowledge from your program. It's given me the support I need to be a better teacher for my students. Thank you!"

  • "We love having the video demonstrations of the practical lessons! It saves so much time and also resources, and it's amazing to have a program where everything lines up and is connected, from videos to activities to assessments. And all NZ-based, too! Such a cool idea and so needed! Thanks for all the support you give to teachers!"

  • "OMG - love that you have relief lessons too!"

  • "It's so mint to see te reo and tikanga included throughout! Lots of support for teachers just starting this journey too and for the students also!"

Food literacy, built into everyday learning

Why Food?

Kai is something every child already understands, making it one of the easiest ways to engage ākonga. Food literacy uses that hook to help them understand how food connects to their wellbeing, their culture, their community and the wider world.

And here's the part that matters for you: EATucation does the heavy lifting. Every unit of learning, lesson, and activity uses kai as a real-world context for the curriculum areas you already teach. You're not adding a new subject; you're teaching the same outcomes in a way kids actually lean into.
