5+ A Day is a Charitable Trust that encourages New Zealanders to eat five or more servings of colourful, fresh vegetables and two servings of fruit every day for health, wellbeing and vitality. 5+ A Day focuses strongly on education, providing curriculum-linked resources that build awareness, understanding and knowledge about the benefits of eating more fruit and vegetables. These resources are available free-of-charge to educators and health professionals via our education website 5adayeducation.org.nz
